Payment and refunds

This page explains how plans for CADIXIT products bought on www.cadixit.com are paid, renewed and cancelled.

Plans and prices : The price of each plan, its period (month or year) and the number of seats, if any, are shown on the product’s purchase page. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, and the total price are shown before you confirm payment.

Payment : Secure payment through a certified payment processor. CADIXIT never sees or stores your full card number. A receipt is sent to you by email.

Renewal : A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, month or year, at the current price, until it is cancelled.

Cancellation : You can cancel at any time, with the « Manage my subscription

Failed payment : If a payment fails, paid access stops until the payment is settled. Update your payment method to restore it.

Price change : A price change applies only at the next renewal. You receive written notice at least 30 days before, and you can cancel at no cost.

Refunds : For a billing error, a double payment or a problem that prevents you from using the service, write to info@cadixit.com. Each request is reviewed and receives a written reply. Your rights under the law, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, apply at all times.
