This policy explains what personal information www.cadixit.com processes, why, and what your rights are. Information processed : If you open a CADIXIT account, we process your name, email and account settings. If you save a payment method, it is kept by the certified payment processor; CADIXIT never sees its full number. If you use the contact or interest form, your name, email and message are used only to reply to you and to inform you about the chosen product. Audience measurement, without cookies, counts visits in aggregate.

Why : We use this information only to: provide www.cadixit.com and its features; reply to your messages; protect the service against abuse; meet our legal obligations. CADIXIT does not sell or rent any personal information and does no targeted advertising.

Consent : We collect only the information needed, with your consent, for the purposes stated here. If a new purpose arises, we ask for your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@cadixit.com. Withdrawal may stop some features from working.

Legal bases (European Union) : For people in the European Union, the legal bases are: performance of the contract (providing the service), your consent, which you can withdraw, our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Your rights : You can ask for: access to the information CADIXIT holds about you; its correction if it is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous; its deletion or the end of its dissemination; withdrawal of your consent; portability, meaning a copy in a structured, commonly used technological format; an explanation of an automated decision, where applicable. We reply in writing within 30 days of receiving your request.

Complaint : If our reply does not satisfy you, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec. You can also contact Canada’s federal privacy authority or, in the European Union, the data protection authority of your country.

Confidentiality incidents : If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, CADIXIT promptly notifies the Commission d’accès à l’information and the people concerned, takes steps to reduce the risk and records the incident in its incident register.

Minors : www.cadixit.com does not knowingly collect information about a person under 14 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Changes : Any new version is published on this page with its date. An important change is clearly flagged on the site.
